They were classified according to socio-demographic characteristics and consumption frequency of plant-based milk (soybean, rice, oat,almond, among others), as: (i) “no intake” if the consumption frequency of this type of product was lower than once every three months; (ii) “low intake” if the consumption frequency was between once every three months and twice a month; and (iii) high intake if the consumption frequency was more than twice a month.
