Refer to our phone conversation and EY-Platinum guest name ALMEHAIRBI MOHAMED MR. PNR/ QQUSAS booked
to travel EY403/08Apr BKK AUH STD 08/0840LT and LIMO SERVICE, Booking ID: 352175 confirmed to pick up at 08/0600 AM
from Intercontinental Hotel, Bangkok.
At check in time, guest complained that he had took a taxi, cost 500THB to pick him from hotel to airport as none of any LIMO service
To pick him up at hotel and had several time called LIMO MOB No: 0851557969 for any LIMO Driver to pick him as confirmed but
made him more upsetting as none of any information correctly for his EY-LIMO Service providing to him and kept him waiting too long
without service to pick him up also claimed for his taxi fees paid and LIMO Representative at Airport came and hand over 500THB
for taxi fees and return to guest at departure gate.
Would so kind investigate with concerns for none of LIMO SERVICE to pick guest.
