Regarding to your e-mail, I promptly check the issue with L/C advice team for clarification.
For this case, the customer is TOC Glycol Co.,Ltd., L/C deal ref. no. 359112538350 was not released to the customer on 29 Jan 2016 in the morning . In spite of, the L/C was executed on 28 Jan 2016.
Please be confirmed the messenger did not provide this L/C number for collection. And the L/C was in our processing i.e. printing out the L/C, gather and staple, stamp and sign on the L/C by bank authorizer and check fax status whether sent out or not.
However, after the customer ask us to urgently send the original to them in after noon, we promptly assigned a massager to send the L/C to the customer’s company on the same day.
For next time, we would like to ask CSG please kindly ask the customer to provide L/C number or bank deal ref. to collect their required L/C to avoid any mistake or delay especially in urgent case.
Please treat this issue as our normal process without any mistake to export L/C advice operation.
