I totally understand your situation as stated. I would like to give a clear understanding to you toward Skus you have been selling recently.
Firstly, in this case, Lazada solely understood that you bought the Skus from the source and then resell it in Lazada Platform to gain margin without any intention to infringe any Intellectual Property Right of others. Therefore, as long as you are not infringing any others IP right, Lazada has nothing against you. However, it turned out that you are selling Fake Products of D Contact where legal implication is seriously taken into consideration. In this case alone, Lazada can terminate and pursuit extreme legal actions against you but Lazada still believe in your innocent act.
However, such Fake Product that you are trying to sell, whether knowingly or negligently, can cause serious harm to people in public. This is the case where Lazada is unable to tolerate.
To solve this problem and to reactivate your account, I, as a Head of Legal, had a discussion with Khun Treerat, as a Vendor Acquisition. Lazada hereby request you to make a statement of apology to Lazada where the essential content shall include as follows:
1. Apologize and state that you had no intention or knowledge to sell fake product which can cause serious harm to people in public; and
2. Make an oath that you will be more careful next time onward and promise that you will not repeatedly do this again; and
3. If breaking an oath, you allow Lazada to penalize as it deems appropriate.
