Regarding to shipment to customer delaying ,we have already discussed and found 2 reasons that we would immediately solve by soonest.
Cause 1 : Take the items from our stock at store send to customer immediately soonest
Solve : We would set up one more staff to taking care about shipping and limit shipping process faster within 1-3days we will do send the item at tomorrow or next day for avoid delaying problem will occur again.We will manage manpower team and take smallest time to shipping to customer.
Cause 2 : The items out of stock due to factory closed with their own problems so it made us could not find out another factory and supplier in time.
Solve : At the moment we find out and already got new supplier and got more 2-3 supplier for urgent emergency case.And if we get chance back to do business on Amazon.com again we would do by
– Shipping within 1-3days for all of our orders and present tracking number for customer checking their items ‘s status update.And when customer got items but not satisfy in items we will do response by resend the nee one to customer one more time or refund money to customer full amount depend on customer decision.
