Exercise makes us have a good health and good mind because exercise can protect us from diseases and bad moods. It also protect you from stress that cause of cancers. If we always exercise hard enough, we get the good health and shape. Moreover exercise can protect Metabolic diseases for example Heart disease, Diabetes, Migraine, Obesity. Beside, exercise makes us feel fresh and not be Depressive illness or stress but, too much exercise is bad for health. We should exercise at least 30 minutes for day and 3-4 times for week and we usually do it. Before exercise we should warm up at least 5-10 minutes for preparing of muscle and blood. It is the protection if we have pained from exercise. Finally, if we want to be healthy, we can’t do only exercise. We ought to eat fresh food or clean food too. So, not only eat fresh food and have good exercise, but we also sleep or get rest more than six hours for a day. So, now we get good health, body and mind.
