Project Administration
Coordinate with the Project Manager, PMU team and government focal points in MHS to:
Assist with all aspects of administrative management, directory maintenance, managing
files, logistics, equipment inventory and storage;
Assist the coordination between agencies in day-to-day administrative and operation;
Assist in scheduling and coordinating of meetings, events and other similar activities;
Sending out and receiving mails, letters, faxes and packages;
Performing general office support;
Laisse with provincial and local governments’ focal points;
Perform other office administrative functions as assigned by the National Project
Manager.
Project Accounting
Coordinate with the Project Assistant in BKK to:
Maintain and manage office administrative expenditure in line with UNDP’s regulations
Manage and control project assets and supplies, monitoring stocks;
Maintain and report project financial cash flow and monitor payment records;
Provide accounting and administrative support to external audit teams;
Integrate administrative and accounting functions smoothly.
