By the end of this month I would like to stand up a mobile pilot team, the pilots users are required to have mobileIron installed/setup on there device, if they have a Quintiles issued mobile Device, this should already be done.
Starting Oct 1st, I will have the customized Quintiles Interface enabled for those users.
This is a limited function interface, it will allow for updates to the work notes or comments and allow a manager to approve a geIT request.
It will not at this time, change the status or close the ticket.
If you would like me to add one or two functions (like change the status to Accepted and update the Assigned To, I can do that before the 1st, the more complicated is closing the ticket which will need to wait to phase 2)
For this phase of the pilot, what we are really looking for is feedback on the setup and connect experience:
1. Setting up.
a. If any was needed after I send the list of pilot users and the Certificate is pushed
b. Cert is pushed to the phone, and should be transparent.
2. Login issues or comments
a. Users are required to login using there domain login details – same has logging on to the compute -QID and password.
i. (this is required for any mobile connection to Q, not just SNC)
ii. The login will be good for 4 hours. Then it will ask again.
