I am pleased to introduce the 2016 Compliance e-Training program (e-Training), part of the RMA Group’s long-standing commitment to ensuring that its businesses are conducted in accordance with the law and the highest ethical standards.
As you are aware, all RMA Group officers, employees and business partners are required to conduct business in accordance with the compliance policies set out in RMA Group’s Code of Conduct and Compliance Policy Manual (the Policy Manual). The Policy Manual consists of the RMA Group Code of Conduct and another 18 regulatory compliance related policies and can be found by clicking this link.
RMA Group’s Compliance e-Training program has been developed to help implement the Group’s compliance policies and it forms an integral part of our continuous efforts to conduct business with integrity and in a lawful and responsible manner. Together, the compliance policies and e-Training enable the RMA Group to reduce risk and prevent potential non-compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
