The Human Resources Director reports to the Dean The Human Resources Director Resources services, policies, and programs for the entire College of Music. The major areas directed are: recruiting and staffing, organizational planning ,performance management and improvement systems, employment and compliance to regulatory concerns ,employee orientation, development, and training, human resource policy development and documentation, employee relations, employee and community communication, compensation and benefits administration, employee safety, welfare ,wellness and health, employee services and counseling, work permit services for foreign faculty members.
