A main course or first course salad which is quite simple to make with roasted or barbecued rare beef layered on lettuce and noodles. The secret is the sauce - spicy, fresh and fragrant, it coats the beef, noodles and lettuce to create a lovely light dish. This is best served soon after it is made at room temperature.
