สำหรับข้อเสนอแนะ ชุมชนควรใช้ปรัชญาของเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงในความร่วมมือ และสร้างกระบวนการมีส่วนร่วมของทุกภาคส่วนด้วย ในการจัดทำแผนชุมชนต้องพึ่งตนเองใช้ฐานข้อมูลในการวางแผนพัฒนาชุมชน การวางฐาน การพึ่งพาตนเองของชุมชน แนวทางเศรษฐกิจ แข็งแกร่งเพียงพอ พื้นที่และเปิด ทุนของชุมชน พร้อมใช้งาน บัญญัติให้อยู่ด้วยกัน
