I received a negative feedback from buyer "joyceinont" in Canada, just because he has not been at the time. I feel that it is unfair because only 10 days after delivery that the buyers leaved negative and problems shipments in Canada it makes impossible to reach the buyers within 10 days.
At that time I contacted the buyer asked to chang feedback. But do not get answers I therefore appeal to ebay to remove the negative It's been over one month and still no answer came back as well.
I have a good score services never delayed shipment this negative points make me feel very bad, Could you please consider removing the negative for me
