in the event an employee has an accident or becomes ill by reason of work, the employee will be given approval of leave for a rest and self-care, provided the company will not treat this as the right to sick leave under article 5.1.1 and the employee will receive wages. the employee can exercise the right to receive wages out of the compensation fund to which the company has paid contributions, whereas for the practice regarding the exercise of the right the rules of sick leave shall mutates mutants be adhered to.
