A member who will not accept a tournament spot should he gain entry must withdraw from the event in the Player Center before the Application/Withdrawal Deadline to avoid a late withdrawal fee.

NOTE: If a player does not submit payment by the due date/time, he will forfeit his playing opportunity and be withdrawn from the event. He will also be assessed a late withdrawal fee.
EVENT ACCEPTANCE
Please note that submitting an application does NOT guarantee acceptance into that event. Please refer to the Dates to Remember page to see when the accepted field will be posted. It is the member's responsibility to find accepted fields at ajga.org.
The AJGA will send an acceptance email to players who gain entry to an event. Emails will be sent for those who do not gain entry as well. Players may also check their application status by using the Application Summary tool in the Player Center.
CODE OF CONDUCT
All AJGA participants are expected to abide by the AJGA Code of Conduct outlined at ajga.org under the Tournament tab. Violations of the Code of Conduct will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct.
