• After determining it was ‘safe‘ to go up I spent at most 3 to 4 minutes on the 28th floor looking at the demolition works and taking some additional pictures. (11.40 to 11.43 am). I was on my way down by 11.44 am.
• On Sunday, December 20th, I returned as it became clear to me that management was demolishing our dome to construct a helipad. I wanted to have another look to confirm my view. I took another few pictures of the 28th floor and also from the ‘H’ (helipad) sign on the 26th floor. This visit lasted two minutes tops and, once again, with all photos being taken from the ‘H‘ (helipad) location and immediate vicinity.
• On the first trip (18/12) all doors to both 26th and 28th floor were open and, although staff was present, nobody informed me that my presence was not allowed or that I should not take any pictures. On the 2nd trip (20/12) I was unable to venture to the 28th floor as doors were closed & locked (no work was done). The 26th floor was accessible.
• No owners / tenants were encountered on both visits as the noise of the demolition works was overwhelming. (Not on Sunday visit).
• No ‘NO ENTRY‘ signs were observed to enter the 26th floor.
