Regarding your cancellation charge that you have mentioned down here, please note that I would not be able to accept this stupid thing as the reason is from hotel could not be able to confirm my booking. I also never find any ACCOR properties do such kind of this cheating thing to their ACCOR membership.
Moreover, please note that while you could not confirm my booking, I got the cheaper rate and room availability via your hotel website itself. If you are aware of my name then you would find my membership detail of ACCOR plus ACCOR membership preference benefit program.
Now, I do hope that you could understand the thing and please do not done this thing with other customers again.
