All the experiments were performed using a single-quadrupole
mass spectrometer (2010EV, Shimadzu, Japan) installed with a
DCBI source. Quantification and confirmation were performed in
full-scan mode. The optimal instrumental parameters were as follows:
interface voltage, 3.5 kV; gas temperature, 250 ◦C; gas flow
rate, 0.5 L/min; CDL temperature, 200 ◦C; CDL voltage, 2.0 kV; cone
voltage, 1.5 kV.
