Reference to the above mention from K.Pratin, I would like to tell you that after I call all of BQ Co to meeting for this details we still not clear many things and I already sent an email to ask K.Pratin to clearing all details of this arrangement but still not reply yet, also may some sale team still waiting for the answer as well that why we still not sent the name of them to her yet. The question as below:
1. What type of works?
2. What time to start and finish of work?
3. Period of work how long?
4. The staff salary will be absorbed by her company or not?
5. Any commission or other privilege for staff?
6. The venue of work only at Promark office or Can be transfer to hotel office for staff can do hotel job and Promark job together or not (just some idea from our staff)?
FYI for you to know that our BQ Co still have the status of function to follow up until March function ,they need to follow up the details in advance .They plan vacation and without pay leave for the next month as well. but still worry to follow up some event that not give details yet that the guests need to talk to only one person who due with ,no need to due for many people. And at the moment business seem to be better still getting many Urgent functions and need staff to stand by, too.
So that why still see them in the office full team but after 31 Jan 14 will have some body to start take leave that already put in the schedule .We can sent 1 or 2 people for this programme only after we get full details of work and if business back to normal we will call them back to work as usual.
