Undoubtedly, the staff respecting work are more loyal to
the organization, the larger the loyal staff's quantity is,the
less the expenditure on hiring, training and developing the
new staff will be. Under these circumstances, employees have
the willingness to offer more one's own extra contribution
when the organizations need them to do so. Moreover,
employees, in the face of customers, are more likely to take
the way of making the customers more satisfactory. Although
each organization has its unique characteristics, and there are
many factors affecting the performance of the minimum, the
status of employee engagement can be seen as a meaningful
predictor for the long-term success of an organization.
