Khun Oh and Khun Nad had come to discuss with me and I gave them solution already.
1- Any deduction of salary to the employees we must have a written paper agree by both parties employee and employer, unless the employee causing significant damage financially to the company and the management decide to withhold their payroll for further investigation.
2- There must be the communication between line manager and the employee (s) for the case (loss, damage, accident, etc) when it happened and the written investigation proven that the loss or damage caused from the negligence of the employee(s) and send to the employee as a warning letter.
3- Since this case we are not able to identify any particular name, HR will draft the letter as warning letter generally to BST employees for the incident and we shall inform the penalty for next time if it re-occur.
