Please note that all the mustards discussed together have less than 250 ppm sulphites, except Dijon mustard (500 ppm) for which some countries grant authorized level extension to 500 ppm.
I attach our specification sheets in English, for Honey mustard, Dijon mustard with sulphites and Wholegrain mustard with sulphites where you can read sulphite maximum level ( = "SO2" in the sheets).
I also attach the specifications sheets in English for Dijon mustard and Wholegrain mustards without sulphites.
