I live in Phrae which a small province in the north of Thailand and studying in the University of Phayao. For my ability in language, I know and understand English language not much so I went to Chiang Mai for trainee because in Chiang Mai there are many foreigner tourists there. I got a pleasure experience to learn when a guest at a swimming pool wanted to order some drinks and did not look in a menu. First time the guest ordered Virgin Mary and Margarita. I gave them a drink that they ordered. Second time they ordered Virgin Colada and the guest asked for alcohol in it. They explained a detail about their drinks so finely that I couldn’t understand so I gave him just Virgin then the guest angry at me and did not accepts the drink I gave them. I said sorry to them and gave them a menu to them to look. After that, I asked other staff for helping. Finally, the older staff decided to change the guest for me to take care and cancel the bill. This event makes me feel bad. I should learn and practice myself more for avoiding the event like this happen again.
