The latest traceability test from finished product to raw material was conducted on 28/04/2015, 09.00-10.18 am. (Total 1 hr. 18 min): Frozen chicken fillet 105 g. with add water, lot no.20158065/01-02, trace to cutting and slaughter date 05/03/2015 and live bird form Klong Klung Farm lot. 20158064 sub 01 with 100 % recovery. A test initiated by the auditor on the day of the audit as Frozen SBBK slice H/C 73-80 G. (for further Asda products) Lot. 20158108-3, loading on 20/04/2015. Product able to trace to main material live chicken form Ko Pho AB 11 Farm, slaughter and cutting date 18/04/2015 and plastic bag receiving date 27/03/2015 from Chinvorn Plastic Co., Ltd. , traceability test achieved in 4 hours.
