(E) Sewing Production
1. Optimization and Simplification of Sewing Production processes
• To document value stream from Planning (input) to Ready-to-ship (output) within manufacturing processes. By wearing different hat (or can get external eyes) to identify “burst” within the flow – man, method, money, machine (4M principle) + mindset (5th M)
• To seek merging of tasks and simplify the activities of the tasks, not only computerized but also physical processing, i.e. same person responsible for planning aggregate capacity (split into section), order allocations and detailed planning responsibility, incorporate with application of Kanban Board, Input completeness, capacity utilization, production plan recovery (bottleneck and shortfall) until the point of packed FG reach drop zone with ready-to-ship condition (accountable KPI-delivery performance and OEE) = end-to-end accountable
