Process Improvement
• Analyzing the business unit’s activities and trends and compares analyses against the service
standards and best practices. Presents findings and works with the Business Unit Leader and
other personnel to identify and implement the efficient process.
• Preparing and updating end to end cross functional work flows and operations manual.
• Consulting with functional unit management and personnel to identify, define and document business needs and objectives, current operational procedures, problems, input and output requirements, and levels of systems access.
• Continuously re- designing to improving the business process and adjusting the work processes in order to reduce the company’s operation cost and increase productivity.
• Working closely with the Business Units and the third parties, such as Agent, Broker, and bank to receive all requirements and coordinate with the IT team to serve those business requirements.
• Identifying opportunities for improving business processes through information systems and/or
non-system driver changes; assists in the preparation of proposals to develop new systems and/or operational changes.
Business Analyst
• Coordinating with users to receive all requirements, gathering all user requirements, conditions and specifications, analyzing, and planning develop and/or enhance system.
• Define requirement and identifying opportunity for establishing new and/or enhance system.
• Acts as a liaison among departmental end-users, system analysts, and consultants in the analysis, design, configuration, testing to ensure that all requirements are correctly met the objective.
• Designing and developing all requirement specification documentation for developing and/or enhancing system.
• Working closely with system analysts in analyzing the feasibility, and developing requirements for new systems and enhancements to existing systems and ensures the system design fits the needs of the users.
• Preparing UAT and supporting the execution of UAT in consultation with IT and users.
• Participates in UAT and testing of new system functionality.
• Preparing the manual new and/or enhanced system and training all users.
Project Management
• Creates and maintains project schedules by developing project plans and specifications,
estimating time requirements, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion,
tracking all phases of the project product/service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of
issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. This
includes documenting, prioritizing and tracking requests (changes, enhancements, etc.).
• Leading and being responsible for projects – targeting for improvements and simplification across the organization by working with the process owners which are user level or management level to initiate process improvement and develop implementation approach and managing the assigned projects within stringent deadlines.
• Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases, and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

• Verifying the validity of claims payment.
• Assisting Claim Department Manager who is responsible for overall setting up and operation of claims processing.
