Please do following what we need to verify this issue is from software version 0V :
1. Is it 100% every head stack for the software error readiness?
2. Check with other station which running with version 0V. there’s the same issue or not?
3. Try this APFA to scan with other station to check the barcode incorrect reading or not.
4. If 0V is an issue, software release team be able to support to convert back the software, and you can try to scan the same APFA to check the issue is still occur or not.
5. Check Hardware for scanner.(metrology team, please support on this)
