It would be impossible to discuss adequately the concept of preventing cancer through diet without at some point giving the spotlight over to green tea. Much more than a simple hot beverage, green tea has become over the centuries a highly integral part of life and customs in Asian countries from a gastronomic perspective. and as an element of hospitality and ritual, yes, but also as an essential substance in the prevention and treatment of disease.
