Article 9. CLAIM PROCEDURES
9.1 Line Claims
If Buyer should discover any excess-delivery, wrong-delivery or shot-delivery of the Products (“Affected Delivery”) or any Product which fails to meet the warranty set forth in Article 10.1 (“Defective Product”) prior to such time as a Motor Vehicle or Automotive Component on which the Part at issue has been installed leaves the plant storage designated by Buyer or such time as the Service Past at issue is installed on a Part or on a Motor Vehicle or Automotive Component, Buyer shall determine and notify Seller of such discovery and an appropriate remedy for such Affected Delivery or Defective Products. Buyer’s claim under this Article 9.1 shall be referred to as the “Line Claim” The Affected Delivery and/or Defective Product shall be settled between the Parties in accordance with the Claim Procedures manual.
