The reducing power ability of the ethanolic extract of P. ostreatus
(10 mg/mL concentration) was found to be an absorbance of 1.367,
which was relatively more pronounced than BHT (Jayakumar,
Thomas, & Geraldine, 2009)); in this study, FRAP was 2.40 mg
GAE/g FPOE, equivalent to an absorbance of 1.632 at a concentration
of 50 mg/mL. The ABTSþ scavenging ability (96.90%) also
demonstrated a higher antioxidant activity of FPOE
