As per your request on “List of Document subject under ISO”, SAN-EI said the documents they submitted to ISO are as below;
1. Quality Manual
2. Company Profile
3. The latest Organization Chart
Regarding the documents for 4 main topics, they promise us to prepare and show when TIS officers visit their factory. Is it ok?
By the way, did you ask TIS officers whether QC flow chart which I sent to you already can be used for the explanation of “production process together with quality point control”? If not, please let us know asap.
Also and again, kindly let us know what points TIS officers mainly want to check at their factory because they have to prepare the related staffs who can explain and are still quite afraid of the case they cannot prepare the documents in advance.
(The attached file shows a rough idea of the audit schedule on Dec. 11. We plan to start 9 am and finish by 3 o’clock. I have no idea how many hours it normally takes in case of China, is it long enough? Please confirm it is ok or not.)
P.S. I understand their audit style should be like “aria koo dai” somehow, but it is very appreciated if you understand that the Japanese business culture is always “everything has to be in order and discipline”.
