The first part of this study aims to germinate brown rice
under different sets of conditions: time, temperature, light,
and vessel.Then we study the effect of different germination
conditions on antioxidative properties and bioactive compound
contents of GBR. Our objective is to measure compound
contents and antioxidant properties of two domestic
rice cultivars during grain imbibition and germination and
to correlate them with the nutraceutical values of UBR.
