On the basis of their ITS and/or tef1 sequences, three
Trichoderma isolates, 7634, 7636 and 7646, were identified
F. Matarese and others
100 Microbiology 158as T. viride, two isolates, 8218 and 8244, as T. citrinoviride,
and one, 8243, as T. harzianum. Two Trichoderma isolates,
6085 and 6317 were assigned to T. gamsii. The Trichoderma
isolate 8245 could not be identified by TrichOKEY or
TrichOBLAST. TrichOKEY system found four genusspecific
hallmarks in the ITS region, thus this isolate was
assigned to XII Rufa Clade. DNA sequences of this strain
were not deposited in GenBank. Because the molecular
identification of T. velutinum 4837 was very recent, it was
not repeated in this work.
