I'm debating wether to get the top of the line desoldering tool Den-on sc-7000z
DESOLDERING TOOL | DEN-ON INSTRUMENTS CO.,LTD.
or the much cheaper Hakko 808
Hakko 808-KIT Desoldering Gun Kit Hakko 808-KIT 808KIT 808 KIT
Does anyone have both? If so please tell me what you think about them. What accessories do you suggest getting? How many tips do you have and their sizes?
How durable is the hakko ? is the den-on really worth the extra $ for through hole desoldering?
I'm not sure how often I would use the extra features of the sc7000z but nice to have them. I might get into more sfm later on i dunno.
