In the event the Tenant has been compelled to leave Thailand by the issue of his head office, the tenant shall have the right of termination of the agreement by giving 1 (one) month advance notice in writing, the landlord shall return the security deposit to the Tenant without interest within 30 (thirty) days after the termination of this agreement.
The Tenant shall in any case has no right to apply for the security deposit of this agreement, in a case the terminated this agreement before its expiration. The outstanding rental fees as set above as well as the compensation as mentioned in this clause shall be payable to the Landlord at the date the Tenant hands over the premises to the Landlord.
