All are correct, based on the lease agreement, we cannot close store without their approval ka.
However, based on a good relationship with them, they have never ask for any fine or compensation from this cause.
Recently, there are a lot of unexpected closure from fries and Tesco just sent us a letter requesting to close during non-peak hour (as per attachment).
I have already responded to them that food safety and cleanliness is our first priority and will share with them our safety standard.
But we will inform them in advance and try to minimize closure time ka.
To make them understand our closure procedure better, could you please kindly share our closing procedure caused by Pests ka?
I will make sure that they understand why we need to close and also let them help us on their mall cleanliness ka.
