According to K.Saovanee email, you did not make any decision or give us the answer. We cannot wait you because we have to work and have to finish on time. If you do not find the solution we will do it by our own way even it too late or we lose money. Because of we have a lot of bookings that amend, not only Reservation team received many bookings but Accounting team check one by one booking too. hope you will understand this case.

For the changing in system and Reservation did not inform us, please find solution for this. If not we will do it. We cannot pass it like this, it have to be correct. It very hard for us to work from unclear situation. Please make it clear Kha.
