I'm Wilailuck - Country Head of Wipro Unza Thailand. I would like to clarify the issues.
First, mail from Oanh to Sudawan to check how busy of Thailand port. She call to consult our clearing agent name KMC shipping. The fact that BKK port is have crane problems and internal process problems are true, then she reply only BKK port.
Nu Nguyen, pls remind that Sudawan answer is not valid to judge MLC service. Since she didn't know all the issue. U may consider MLC answer of situation for delay reason. As my discuss with our agent if some ship line pass through BKK port some time facing delay problems event it may go to destination in other port.
The selection of ship line is major factor to control timing. It may have some ship line not pass through BKK port.
For your information our container from Vitalis also get delay.
I'm welcome forany reference check but pls give us some background of issue and what point that u would like to know.
Andy, sorry if our answer make u trouble. I understand that since goods are loading to ship line it was difficult to changed in timing.
