Introduction
Child care workers, including nursery school and kindergarten
teachers, suffer from various occupational illnesses
such as cervico-omo-brachial disorder (pain in the upper
arms or neck); low back pain; menstrual pain; stress; fatigue;
and psychologic impairments, including depression.1–4 Previous
studies suggest that these conditions in nursery school
teachers have been managed with relaxation, massage, and
exercise.1,5 However, intervention effectiveness has not been
