oles & Responsibilities
- Be key contact person to business customers
- Create sales leads, qualify lead, follow up to convert lead to sales
- Monitor and identify adoption and utilization trends
- Prepare and educate customers on new features and releases
- Provide recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns
- Conduct periodic customer health-checks with an emphasis on customer happiness
- Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas including product
- Identify customer needs and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, retention, and renewal
Requirements and Qualifications
- Being top 10% of his/her own sales organization
- Some experience in selling Technology / Logistic related product is a plus (but no mandatory)
- Self-motivated with high initiative
