I want to seek your advice on the proper arrangement.
Because of business change, we are going to serve notice period to terminate Amornrat. Pls advise the following:
• is it 3 month notice by contract?
• If we serve her notice on July 1, 2015, is it her last work day will be Sep 30, 2015?
• Do we need to pay any severance pay by law?
• What payment we need to pay to the staff and your company? Pls list out the details
• What procedures and documents require to execute this
Pls keep confidential of this situation to Armonrat. We want to check everything before communication to her. She will likely be offered the same post in the company who has taken up the business from us.
