To be build up the creditable and accuracy within payroll process. After discussion within our HR and line manager of MDLZ, we would like requested support from Humanica as detail below;
1. New payroll slip (correct information) for distribute to employees on next Monday (9Mar15).
2. Letter for explanations to employees about error with preventive action plan.
3. Random check at less 10% (old employee) and 100% (new hire about information and document e.g. Payment, Payslip, etc.) with status report about error.
4. Data clear up (between MDLZ and Humanica) by Quarterly.
5. Request setup meeting with our line manager and HR plant team (next week).
