In the event that the Employee cannot perform the duties because of the Employee’s illness or incapacity for a period of more than 60 days, it shall be deemed that the Employee is “permanently disabled”, and the Company shall be entitled to adopt any of the following options:
(a) The Company may stop paying salary, or even other benefits as deemed appropriate; or
(b) The Company may terminate this Agreement as specified in Clause 9.4 of this Agreement.
