A 12-year-old Indian female patient reported to the Department of Pediatric dentistry, College ofDental Sciences, Davangere, complaining of space in the lower anterior teeth. Intraoral examination showed presence of retained deciduous mandibular central incisor in the midline having grade II mobility (Figure 1).
