The examination has three different levels: Starters (A0 level from the CEFR), Movers (A1 level from the CEFR) and Flyers (A2 level from the CEFR). The division of levels is according to ability, rather than age. Therefore, it is possible for a six-year old child to acquire the full marks in the Flyers Exam.:
