We have an urgent shipment which the master vessel already ETA Singapore since: 26/06/2016 the estimate ETA Bangkok at the beginning was on 02.07.2016.
Unfortunately the shipment did not arrive as the estimate date moreover until today 07.07.2016 we still not receive any updated status for our shipment.
Please find email below from Schenker Thailand, as they are responsible only the booking agent so who we can contact directly to follow up our shipment? Please advice.
This is a big problem that it impact to our customer satisfaction.
