Please be informed that khun Jeab (Florist attendant) came to inform HR about her resignation notice with the reasons that too tired to work with loads responsibilities alone and now she gets new jooffer from Anatara Riverside Hotel.
By this HR already had conversation to retain her with future career path opportunity- hands to support- annual benefit increment. However, she still would like to go as she cried and mentioned that she used to ask for hiring one more Supervisor level (as she is not confident in Document things) to support and guide her, but still have to wait for her request.
If we could do anything kindly advice so Hr will know direction to continue.
