This article requires to broach a topic of modern technology in our everyday life. Technology as human conceives it, is a development of mechanical devices, which facilitate our life. It is divided into many subgroups and many products are a result of it, for example mobile phones, computers, speakers, food processors and music players and many more. Most people interested in new technology. They find fascinating how humans are able to create all these things in such a short time, year by year, recently new technologies or improvements are being put into daily use much faster than they used to be. The author think it is good to know about what can we do to make our life easier, in which knowledge of new technology helps. There is a huge gap between those who have access to new technology and those who don't. It is called the "digital divide". Some sources say that fewer than 17% of the people in the world can actually use the Internet. To go online, we need a computer, mobile phone, tablet, the right software, a phone line, a modem and a subscription to an Internet service provider. These aren't cheap and a lot of people, especially in poor countries, just can't afford them. Then, there is the language barrier. Four-fifths of all websites are in English and many people around the world cannot even read or write in their own language, let alone a foreign language. If people can't read, it will be hard to teach them how to use computer. The technology gap also exists simply because many people do not understand how technology can help them. They have an old- fashioned way of thinking and cannot imagine the difference technology will make to their lives. Education is the key. Governments, IT industries and educational institutions should work together to educate people and train them and at the same time introduce local languages into computer usage. When we bridge the digital divide, then everyone will have equal opportunities and the power that technology brings. Human life and technology are connected. People use cars, washing machines, computers and many others devices in daily life. Everyone in the world uses technology to travel, communicate and learn. The author think technology is very useful and we should use inventions. Advances in technology have more positive than negative impact on humans. First of all, technology is great thing. Scientists and doctors are making a research as well as are discovering a lot of ways to treat people. For example, heart transplantation or the discovery of penicillin. Those examples are milestones in a study of human health. Maybe in the future scientist will discover drugs for AIDS. Clear progress in medicine, use new technologies to diagnose and combat diseases make therapy more effective. Statistic show that life expectancy is getting longer. From the other site wars and military equipment, chemical weapon, tactical weapons like missile controlled by GPS, ships, and planes. Moreover, technology makes life easier. We do not waste time for cooking or ironing because we use microwave oven or iron. Some people say that it is not healthy, but we can find microwave in almost every home. All of us use phone. This gadget allows us to call to the person on the other end of the world. Also, it can save maybe yours or somebody's life. You must only call for an emergency number. On the other hand, it has disadvantages. For example, technology is addictive. Many people cannot leave home without a cell phone. As a result people have worse contact with family and friends. They play games, chatting, surfing at the Internet, watching movies. And what bring the future? Technology is changing very fast. This also applies to the technology that allows us to travel – that is means of transport. Transportation is a vital matter for every person. Whether we drive our own car or use public transport, we all depend on it. How will the transportation look like in 20 or 30 or more years from now? In my opinion, transport will be much environmentally-friendly than it is today. More people than now will own cars, but the cars themselves will be different than what we drive now. The recently invented electric cars, that don’t need petrol to run, will become very popular. In every place in the country there will be special stations where we can plug in our vehicle and charge it is batteries. Because of this, not only the environment will benefit, but also the quality of our lives. Electric cars are much more quiet than petrol-powered ones, so there will be not as much noise in the cities as there is today. There will be no car fumes, so the air will be cleaner and stop to smell badly. For city-dwellers, these two issues can be a real nuisance. One of our favorite devices that change the world is an electric car. This is a great invention that will change the world completely. An electric car is an automobile that is powered by one or more electric motors, using electrical energy stored in rechargeable batteries or another energy storage device. Electric motors give electric cars instant power, creating strong and smooth acceleration. Electric cars are typically easy to drive, perform well, and are significantly quieter than conventional internal combustion engine automobiles. They also do not emit pollutants, giving a large reduction of local air pollution and in many cases, a large reduction in total greenhouse gas and other emissions. One of the problems with electric cars is batteries and charging. Price of them can be sometimes really colossal. Today's electric cars mostly use lithium-ion batteries, exactly the same technology you will find in your laptop or E-book reader. They are relatively light, fairly good at storing useful amounts of power for their weight, last several years and hundreds of charges, and perform reasonably well at the varied range of temperatures most car drivers routinely encounter round the world. That doesn't mean they are perfect. The main problem with car batteries is that they still can't carry as much energy as gasoline per unit of mass; in other words, they have a lower energy density. Lithium-ion batteries are likely to remain the popular choice for electrics are another promising alternative. The biggest producers of electric cars are now Tesla, General Motors, Toyota, Fiat, Renault but on market we can see a new players with their new inventions. Moreover, in my view public transport will change significantly. Buses, trams and trolleybuses will be safer and more comfortable than now, and will reach more places, maybe far away space. Digital Home for everybody, Now our homes have so many electronic devices inside. All of them we need. They give us fun, they make our surrounding clean and safe. In the future life will be much easier, more comfortable and boring for some people. At homes will be much more leisure time, because people will have a lot of domestic robots, which will help us in housework. A lot of house equipment and the other things will be replaced by domestic robots, home computers, recycling machines, "smart card" machines, videophones, anti - pollution air filters, personal TV headsets and solar panels. People won`t cook dinner, because in the future will be meal tablets about different tests. In modern world now existent refrigerators that can do a shopping online. They are new product what is needed or what product is almost empty. They just need the connection to the Internet. People won`t go for a walk and visit oneself, because they can come into a special running tracks white virtual TV-s, which will be offered to impression, that they are in beautiful place in the fresh air and to talk with friends, enough them videophones. Children won`t go to the school, because they will be studied in homes, or will be watched virtual lesson. Maybe in the future robots will rule the world. There will be no hunger or homelessness. Life will be easier, because technology will develop. Impossible things will become possible. People will travel in space. Everyone will be able to buy a ticket for a space shuttle to the moon. On the moon there will be many hotels and health resorts. In the future we will use solar energy in industry. All cars will have solar batteries. In the center of big cities will be more trees and air will be less polluted. Technology and science will be used to keep the environment healthy and balanced. Women will be happier. They will do less housework, because everyone will have a domestic robot. They will have more time for themselves. In every home there will be robot pets, because electronic animals will be easy to support. We are sure, that school system will change. Students won’t go to the school, because they will learn using the internet. Probably, the internet will be the only medium, which will survive in the future. The internet will replace radio, TV and communication between people will be easier. People will be wiser and they will know more about medicine. On the Earth there will be more people. They will eat organic food and they will live longer. In my opinion, some people are afraid of technological progress because of two reasons. First of all they are scared that they wouldn't go forward. They will stay behind, because they will not understand the new, modern technology, so they won't be able to use it. Second reason can be, as the author said before, using the technology in a bad way such as war, manipulation or to fuel the greed of absolute power. To sum up, nowadays, it is difficult to live without technology. Technology has positive influence on humans. People must remember about dangers. Everybody should know how to use it.
