I've read in some paper that 40hz is the frequency of Gamma beats, which are pretty hard to reach for the brain (only exceptional brains have that ability, like geniuses more or less). But nothing says that the brain can't be trained, on the contrary :P I'd love to train my brain to become a genial one! if i find the name of that paper in my archives, I'll post in on the page. Best
