1. Provide executive secretarial and administrative support to CEO
2. Handle all secretarial duties include computer work, filing, scheduling and other tasks as assigned.
3. Organize and coordinate meeting, conference and visitor
4. Manage/coordinate business presentations and reviews for meetings
5. Support in compiling information, presentation, minutes of meetings, tasks & activity follow-up and coordination work
6. Liaison between all impacted departments to ensure proper communications and reporting practices.
7. Scheduling appointment and travel arrangement (make hotel reservation, buy air ticket, booking rental car, etc.)
8. Other task assigned by CEO
